If you have been following along here for any length of time, you know that on Thursdays we join with thousands of others across our country praying for America at the noon hour. This is the last Thursday prayer day before the elections, but we will be continuing on through the end of the year--Christmas Day is a Thursday this year.

I know that everyone is exhausted with this election year. Trust me, I am as well! But I am reminded today that we are to carry on in prayer through to the end. So whether or not you are a part of this organized time of prayer (either away from or within your own home), the One Minute Prayer movement, fasting alongside your prayers or just praying whenever God brings America to mind---do just that! Pray for America...for the elections, the state of our country, our economy, our soldiers, our rejection of the standards of God, our sins, our strengths, our voice in the world, our state before the Almighty God!
